Customer Satisfaction is always our top priority, we handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability. If for some unfortunate reason you need to return your item please ensure the following:
– All return items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
– The item must be in a re-saleable condition and returned to the boutique within 7days of receipt of delivery.
We cannot guarantee return of an item so we always encourage item to be returned via tracked post. Should an uninsured item be damaged or lost during the returns process please note erre/esse will not be responsible.
We require receipt of proof of purchase.

Once the returns procedure has been met we will refund your payment within 3-5 days of receiving your item.
Non Refundable items – Gift Cards, Jewellery.
Return of reduced priced product can only be returned to store credit which will be posted out to you in the form of a gift card.
